Meet Amber
Amber Reese, M.A., CCC-SLP
Owner & Speech-Language Pathologist
Amber Reese is the owner and speech-language pathologist of Bluebonnet Therapy Services, PLLC. She is licensed in the state of Texas and certified through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Amber graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Professional Speech-Language Pathology in 2012 and with her Master of Arts in Speech Pathology in 2014 from Louisiana Tech University. She currently lives in Spring, TX with her husband and 5 year old twins.
Amber has over 8 years of experience in the speech pathology field working with children, adolescents, and adults across various settings including pediatric home health, pediatric private practice, schools, (3 yrs-21 yrs) and skilled nursing facilities. While she has had a broad range of experiences in her career, she has found her true calling to be working with toddlers and preschoolers. She specializes in the early intervention of speech and language delays, speech sound disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. Amber has invested in over 100 hours of specialty continuing education to better help her clients with tethered oral tissues (TOTs) and orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMDs). Amber has completed the following: TOTS: Tethered Oral Tissues Specialty Training, Orofacial Myology: From Basics to Habituation, Prevention of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders in the 0-3 Population, The Myo Method, Tiny Tongue Tips: An Early Intervention OMT Program, Thumbs Up!: A 30 Day Oral Habit Elimnation Program, and MyoMentor.

She knows what it’s like to have to advocate for her child to get the right kind of services. She believes parents know their child best and should play an active role when developing a treatment plan.
Becoming a mom shaped Amber into the therapist that she is today. When she works with her clients, she recognizes that they are someone’s whole world. As a mom, she has walked a similar road that many of the parents she works with have walked. She has worried about her child’s development and has had to navigate finding the right therapists and professionals to help.

Our Mission
Bluebonnet Therapy Services was founded by Amber Reese in 2021 with the desire to do therapy differently. Our mission is to help each child we work with grow and thrive, while supporting and empowering their families. We believe collaboration is crucial, whether that be collaborating with parents, pediatricians, ENTs, dentists, therapists or teachers. When we work together as a team, we are able to best meet the needs of each child. We are a neurodiversity affirming practice, meaning we honor and value all differences in abilities. All brains are beautiful.

We know that seeking outside support for your child can feel scary and intimidating. It is never too early to speak with a speech-language pathologist. We believe your concerns are valid! At Bluebonnet Therapy Services, we strive to make speech therapy a positive and fun experience for each child that walks through our doors. The benefit of choosing a smaller practice like Bluebonnet Therapy Services is that your child will receive individualized care and support without the wait time of a larger clinic. Our ultimate desire is for every child to get the best care and services that they need in a timely manner. If we cannot meet your specific needs for any reason, we will do our best to refer you to another local practice who can. We hope you feel welcomed, respected, and heard throughout this process.
Location
Bluebonnet Therapy Services, PLLC is a pediatric private practice located in downtown Tomball, Texas. We are conveniently located just off of FM 2920, across the street from the Post Office in the Rosewood Professional Building, Suite G-300. Our suite is located in The Atrium section.
